Two way information flow
Synchronisation is two way. Your customer information, payment details, pricing and stock levels are updated back into the handheld PDA from your accounting software. How does it work?

1. Use a Palm OS or PocketPC handheld PDA with your selected mobileezy application where ever you would normally use a written docket book (to record orders, quotes, invoices, deliveries, signatures etc).
2. Synchronise with your desktop computer (or the one at head office) via the PDA docking station, over the telephone, the internet or through bluetooth or wireless networks. All of your new data is automatically updated into the bundled mobileezy desktop application.
3. If you use QuickBooks (new to version 5.0), MYOB accounting software, Attaché, Sybiz, QAD MFG/Pro, Pronto, MYOB Retail Manager or Oracle; you can set up the mobileezy Business Plus or Enterprise desktop application to automatically update your business activities into your accounting package in seconds. No more re-entering data - no more paper chases for credits or customer enquiries - everything is stored electronically (even customer signatures). Doing this also allows your accounting package to automatically update your handheld PDA with stock information, pricing, payments and customer data.
