Mobile Sales
mobileezy Enterprise enables staff to access and record sales information quotes, orders, sales, payments, credits, invoice and delivery slips. With a clip-on, bluetooth or infrared compatible printer, staff can print quotes, orders and invoices on the spot!
New to version 5.0 - mobileezy Enterprise now has:
- Head office functionality (ability to bill head office and deliver to individual outlets) NEW
- Ability to assign default customers or default jobs to handhelds (save time!) NEW
- Ability to assign sales territories to handhelds (only disclose accounts within the allocated territories) NEW

Mobile Payments
mobileezy Enterprise has the ability to record payment information - whether it be by cash or account. Avoid misplaced payments!
New to version 5.0 - the ability to review customer accounts receivables - enabling you to check their account status before supply new items! NEW
Time Billing
Consultants and time based businesses can use mobileezy Enterprise to 'clock in' and 'clock off'. The built in stopwatch functionality helps keep accurate records of all activities including billable and non-billable hours.
Data Synchronisation
One step synchronisation means all data is quickly and easily updated with each HotSync operation - even over the telephone, the internet, wireless networks, or via bluetooth! Updates are bi-directional - not only are all transactions from multiple handhelds updated into your accounting system, but mobileezy also updates any head office changes or additions to customer, product, pricing or inventory back onto the handhelds ensuring your mobile or field staff are always up-to-date!
Record customer signatures
Signing paper dockets are now a thing of the past - staff can get your customers to sign for orders and deliveries on the mobileezy Enterprise screen and store them in the mobileezy desktop application for future reference (great for credit claim checking!).
